We are pleased to announce our 34th VH Yeast Conference (VHYC). Our conference will take place on May 15-16, 2023 in Vienna (Austria) at the Arcotel Wimberger (link) .

The VHYC provides you with presentations and discussions about current topics from the fields of industrial baker’s yeast production and fermentation technology. It is also the networking event for the baker’s yeast industry field.
This year’s focus is on the topic “Zero waste and circular (yeast) production”.

There will also be an “Online Option” for participants who can/do not want to travel to Vienna.
