About our partners:


The German Association of joint industrial applied research institutes “Allianz Industrie Forschung e.V.” (AIF), founded in 1954, provides project subsidies on behalf of the Federal ministry of economics and technology to small and medium enterprises (SME) to support applied research and development. The AIF association is a frame network linking applied science, enterprises and public institutions.

The Research Association of the German Food Industry (FEI e.V.), founded in 1953, supports industrial research independently of individual entrepreneurial interests.. Being a co-founder of AiF, it is the only research body working for all branches of the German food-processing industry, representing about 90 % of German food enterprises. The FEI plays a central role within the AiF system of joint industrial research.

The Society for chemical engineering and biotechnology, founded in 1926 as non-profit organisation (DECHEMA e.V.) built a useful network of now 5,500 applied scientists, engineers, companies and institutes. The association’s purpose and objective is to support and promote research and development work for these fields.
